Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tooby, provided by Kasa Technology ("we", "us"). By signing up or using Tooby, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

Tooby lets you send ideas on WhatsApp, as text, voice notes, links and images, and receive LinkedIn post drafts written from them. You can edit drafts by replying, approve them, and either post them yourself or ask us to publish them to your connected LinkedIn account. We may change or improve the service over time.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Your account is tied to your WhatsApp number; keep your phone and any sign-in links secure, as anyone with access to them can use your account.

3. Your content

You own the ideas you send and the posts you publish. You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to provide Tooby to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't send content you don't have the right to share, or other people's private information you aren't allowed to share.

4. Drafts and posting

• Drafts are written with the help of AI and can contain mistakes. Review every draft before you approve it.
• We never publish to LinkedIn without your approval. Once you approve and publish, the post is yours.
• You are responsible for what you publish, and for following LinkedIn's own terms.

5. Acceptable use

Tooby only helps with LinkedIn posts. Don't use it to create unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing content, to harass anyone, or to disrupt or misuse the service, WhatsApp or LinkedIn. We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Third-party services

Tooby works through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google and other providers. Their terms also apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tooby reliable, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, especially while in early access. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the content of posts you approve and publish. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Tooby and delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Amritsar, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute.
